The EVT35C-AJC is a TUV CE certified aluminum clamp for 32mm to 35mm (1.26-inch to 1.37-inch) OD tubing, truss, and pipe — the standard clamp for EVT220S and EVT220T series truss systems and any other light-duty aluminum truss using 35mm main chords. Rated at 75 kg safe working load with 1,599.8 kN tensile strength, this is the clamp for lighting fixtures, small speakers, cable management accessories, and signage brackets that mount to narrow-chord truss systems where standard 2-inch (50mm) clamps are too large. At 0.134 kg, built from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with an anodized silver finish and an M10 x 30mm bolt with spring lock washer, the EVT35C-AJC fits the tube, holds the load, and keeps the hardware weight per clamp position negligible across a full rig.

Function and Compatibility:

The EVT35C-AJC mounts to any 32mm to 35mm OD round tube or pipe through a bolt-and-collar assembly secured with a wing nut. The included M10 x 30mm bolt with spring lock washer connects to any fixture yoke or accessory bracket with a standard M10 mounting slot. The spring lock washer maintains bolt tension under vibration and repeated thermal cycling, preventing the clamp from self-loosening during operation. The anodized surface protects the aluminum body from moisture, UV exposure, and mild chemical contact under normal use. Compatible with EVT220S and EVT220T series truss main chords, standard 35mm aluminum pipe, and any round tube in the 32mm to 35mm outer diameter range used in exhibition structures, retail displays, and light-duty overhead installations.

Assembly Instructions

1. Release the wing nut by turning it counterclockwise to release the bolt and open the collar.
2. Place the EVT35C-AJC on the truss, tube, or pipe and close the collar.
3. Put the bolt back in place with the washer and wing nut above the collar.
4. Make sure the EVT35C-AJC is located in its proper place on the truss, tube, or pipe before tightening the wing nut.
5. Turn the wing nut clockwise to tighten and secure the EVT35C-AJC into place.
