EVT50C-BEC — Black Medium-Duty 2-Inch Eye Clamp with Welded Eye Nut

The EVT50C-BEC is a black powder coat medium-duty 2-inch eye clamp with a welded M10 round eye hook for attaching shackles, round slings, and rigging lifting equipment to standard 2-inch (50mm) OD truss, tube, and pipe. The welded eye provides a dedicated loop attachment point for rigging hardware directly on the truss tube without a separate anchor — rated at tensile strength 9.81 kN, built from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, finished in black powder coat, and TUV Nord Certified. This clamp is designed for static, non-moving, and non-swinging loads only — do not use for dynamic rigging, swinging fixtures, or any application where the attached load moves during operation.

Function and Compatibility:

The EVT50C-BEC clamps to any 48mm to 51mm OD round tube or pipe through the standard wing nut collar assembly. Once the collar is secured to the tube, the M10 round eye hook provides an attachment point for shackles, Gac Flex round slings, and other static rigging hardware. The eye is welded directly to the clamp body — a fixed, non-rotating attachment point sized for standard M10-compatible rigging hardware. The black powder coat finish integrates with dark overhead structures and stage environments where silver hardware would create visible contrast. Compatible with EVT290S, EVT290I, F34 series truss main chords, and standard Schedule 40 aluminum pipe in the 48mm to 51mm outer diameter range.

Assembly Instructions

1. Release the wing nut by turning it counterclockwise to release the bolt and open the collar.
2. Place the EVT50C-BEC on the truss, tube, or pipe and close the collar.
3. Put the bolt back in place with the washer and wing nut above the collar.
4. Make sure the EVT50C-BEC is located in its proper place on the truss, tube, or pipe before tightening the wing nut.
5. Turn the wing nut clockwise to tighten and secure the EVT50C-BEC into place.
