The EVT50C-560CP is a truss clamp for 48mm to 51mm (2-inch) OD truss, tube, and pipe — rated at max load 50 kg with a 50mm profile width for mounting fixtures and accessories on standard 2-inch truss and pipe systems. The wing nut collar assembly opens, seats on the tube, and locks down without tools for fast installation across multiple positions. Function and Compatibility:

The EVT50C-560CP clamps to any 48mm to 51mm OD round tube or pipe through a wing nut collar assembly. The collar opens counterclockwise, seats onto the tube, closes, and locks with the wing nut tightened clockwise. The 50mm profile width provides a standard-width seating contact area against the tube surface. Compatible with EVT290S, EVT290I, F34 series truss main chords, and standard Schedule 40 aluminum pipe in the 48mm to 51mm outer diameter range.

Assembly Instructions

1. Release the wing nut by turning it counterclockwise to release the bolt and open the collar.
2. Place the EVT50C-560CP on the truss, tube, or pipe and close the collar.
3. Put the bolt back in place with the washer and wing nut above the collar.
4. Make sure the EVT50C-560CP is located in its proper place on the truss, tube, or pipe before tightening the wing nut.
5. Turn the wing nut clockwise to tighten and secure the EVT50C-560CP into place.
