The EVT20C-ALC is a lightweight aluminum clamp for 18mm to 20mm (0.70-inch to 0.78-inch) OD tubing, truss, and pipe — the small-tube mounting solution for accessories, sensors, cable management, and light-duty fixtures that attach to narrow-profile truss chords and small-diameter pipe. At just 0.03 kg with a 10 kg safe working load, the EVT20C-ALC is built for applications where the tube is too small for a standard 2-inch clamp and the load is well within light-duty range. The 6061-T6 aluminum body with S45C carbon steel hardware and an anodized surface treatment provides durability for both indoor and outdoor use. TUV Certified.

Function and Compatibility:

The EVT20C-ALC fastens to any 18mm to 20mm OD round tube or pipe using a bolt-and-collar assembly secured with a wing nut. The included M6 x 16mm attachment bolt with spring lock washer connects directly to any accessory or bracket with a standard M6 mounting slot. The spring lock washer maintains bolt tension under vibration and repeated thermal cycling, preventing the clamp from self-loosening during operation. The anodized surface treatment protects the aluminum body from moisture, UV exposure, and mild chemical contact under normal use. Compatible with any round tube or pipe in the 18mm to 20mm outer diameter range — including narrow-chord truss systems, small-diameter conduit, and thin-wall aluminum extrusions used in retail displays, exhibition structures, and architectural installations.

Assembly Instructions

1. Release the wing nut by turning it counterclockwise to release the bolt and open the collar.
2. Place the EVT20C-ALC on the truss, tube, or pipe and close the collar.
3. Put the bolt back in place with the washer and wing nut above the collar.
4. Make sure the EVT20C-ALC is located in its proper area of the truss, tube, or pipe before tightening the wing nut.
5. Turn the wing nut clockwise to tighten and secure the EVT20C-ALC into place.
