Function and Compatibility:

The EVT20C-BLC fastens to any 18mm to 20mm OD round tube or pipe through a bolt-and-collar assembly secured with a wing nut. The included M6 x 16mm attachment bolt with spring lock washer connects to any accessory or bracket with a standard M6 mounting slot. The spring lock washer maintains bolt tension under vibration and repeated thermal cycling, keeping the clamp secure without re-tightening between uses. The black anodized surface protects the aluminum body from moisture and mild chemical exposure while eliminating the reflective silver surface that catches light in dark overhead environments. Assembly Instructions

1. Release the wing nut by turning it counterclockwise to release the bolt and open the collar.
2. Place the EVT20C-BLC on the truss, tube, or pipe and close the collar.
3. Put the bolt back in place with the washer and wing nut above the collar.
4. Make sure the EVT20C-BLC is located in its proper area of the truss, tube, or pipe before tightening the wing nut.
5. Turn the wing nut clockwise to tighten and secure the EVT20C-BLC into place.
