The EVT50C-AHD is a light-duty 2-inch aluminum lighting clamp with a T-handle closure for standard 50mm (2-inch) OD truss, tube, and pipe — the silver-finish counterpart to the EVT50C-BHD for installations on standard aluminum truss systems where the clamp color matches the surrounding structure. Rated at max shear load 30 kg with 4.9 kN tensile strength, built from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, and TUV Nord Certified. The T-bar handle provides more hand-tightening leverage than a standard wing nut, allowing the clamp to be locked down firmly without tools across lighting fixtures, small accessories, and cable management hardware at each position.

Function and Compatibility:

The EVT50C-AHD clamps to any 50mm OD round tube or pipe through a T-handle collar assembly. The T-bar releases counterclockwise to open the collar, the collar seats onto the tube, closes, and the T-bar tightens clockwise to lock the clamp in place. The included M10 x 30mm bolt with spring lock washer connects to any standard M10 fixture yoke or accessory bracket. The silver aluminum finish integrates visually with standard silver truss systems and provides natural corrosion resistance for both indoor and outdoor use. Compatible with EVT290S, EVT290I, F34 series truss main chords, and standard Schedule 40 aluminum pipe in the standard 50mm outer diameter range.

Assembly Instructions

1. Turn the T-handle counterclockwise to release the bolt and open the collar.
2. Place the EVT50C-AHD on the truss, pipe, or tube and close the collar.
3. Return the bolt to its original position with the washer and T-handle above the collar.
4. Make sure the EVT50C-AHD is in its proper position on the tube before tightening.
5. Turn the T-handle clockwise to tighten and secure the EVT50C-AHD into place.
