The EVT50C-BHD is a medium-duty 2-inch lighting clamp with a large T-handle closure for standard 50mm (2-inch) OD truss, tube, and pipe — a light-duty mounting solution for LED fixtures, small par cans, effects accessories, and cable management hardware across theatrical productions, concerts, and indoor and outdoor entertainment events. The large T-bar handle provides more hand-tightening leverage than a standard wing nut, allowing the clamp to be locked down firmly without tools across multiple positions. Rated at max shear load 30 kg with 4.9 kN tensile strength, built from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, and TUV Nord Certified.

Function and Compatibility:

The EVT50C-BHD clamps to any 50mm OD round tube or pipe through a T-handle collar assembly. The T-bar releases counterclockwise to open the collar, the collar seats onto the tube, closes, and the T-bar tightens clockwise to lock the clamp in place. The included M10 x 30mm bolt with spring lock washer connects to any standard M10 fixture yoke or accessory bracket. The T-handle design keeps the collar tightened without a separate wing nut, streamlining the assembly sequence at each clamp position. Compatible with EVT290S, EVT290I, F34 series truss main chords, and standard Schedule 40 aluminum pipe in the standard 50mm outer diameter range.

Assembly Instructions

1. Release the T-handle by turning it counterclockwise to release the bolt and open the collar.
2. Place the EVT50C-BHD on the truss, tube, or pipe and close the collar.
3. Put the bolt back in place with the washer and T-handle above the collar.
4. Make sure the EVT50C-BHD is located in its proper place on the truss, tube, or pipe before tightening the T-handle.
5. Turn the T-handle clockwise to tighten and secure the EVT50C-BHD into place.
