Function and Compatibility:

The EVT50C-EHNSC mounts to any standard 2-inch (50mm) OD truss tube, pipe, or round bar through a bolt-and-collar assembly secured with a wing nut — the familiar installation method of standard fixed clamps, with the addition of a swivel joint between the collar and the accessory attachment point. The swivel allows connected hardware to rotate independently of the clamped position, providing precise directional control of speakers, lighting fixtures, cameras, signage, and rigging accessories without re-clamping. Compatible with EVT290S, EVT290I, F34 series truss main chords, and standard Schedule 40 aluminum pipe used in stage, film, broadcast, and industrial overhead rigging.

Assembly Instructions

1. Release the wing nut by turning it counterclockwise to release the bolt and open the collar.
2. Place the EVT50C-EHNSC on the truss, tube, or pipe and close the collar.
3. Put the bolt back in place with the washer and wing nut above the collar.
4. Make sure the EVT50C-EHNSC is set in its proper place on the truss, tube, or pipe before tightening the wing nut.
5. Turn the wing nut clockwise to tighten and secure the EVT50C-EHNSC into place.
